We are looking for Debt Collection Agent on immediate basis.
Job Location: - Dubai UAE

Work Experience: - Minimum 3 Yrs in same role
Job Status: - Full Time
Task:-
• Recovering outstanding amount from delinquent customers.
• Acknowledge and resolve customers complaints
• Identify fraudulent customers
• Negotiate repayment terms
• Skip tracing
• Giving reminder calls on PTP accounts in terms of collecting the commuted amount from the customers
• Any further task need to be perform as per the job requirements
Must Have:-
• Strong negotiations skills
• Target oriented
• Capable of handling target pressure
• Able to work as per the given deadlines
• Problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication
Education Requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree holder
