Building Surveyor required
Purpose
We are looking for a Building Surveyor/Engineer to work as a project assessor in our UAE team. In addition to identifying potential issues and producing reports for our clients, the chosen candidate will be in charge of conducting project surveys and assessments of ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
• Surveys and assessments of projects should be carried out, including status checks and assessments of the time, money, and quality of each project.
• Provide suggestions for resolving any potential issues or hazards related to the projects.
• Examine construction specifications and plans to make sure they adhere to rules and regulations.
• Assist clients with technical matters, such as locating and clarifying defects in the building and offering recommendations for replacement or repair.
• Prepare comprehensive reports that summarize your findings and recommendations.
• Keep abreast of industry standards and trends, and make sure local and federal laws are being followed.
Qualifications
• Three years at least of experience in surveying, building assessment, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with building standards, laws, and codes.
• Strong technical abilities, including the ability to create project reports and graphs with ease.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Being proficient in both English and Arabic would be beneficial.
• Smart and open to new challenges
