We are looking to hire Sales Agents for the Direct Sales Department, English
• Speakers in one of the following languages: Farsi
• Urdu/Hindi
• The outlined responsibilities for these positions will include, but are not limited to:
• Generate sales through direct channels to achieve/exceed defined monthly targets.
• Achieve tele-calling targets in terms of several connected calls.
• Maintain overall activity levels.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure they are satisfied with all services.
• Attend meetings with prospects and do all needed follow-ups.
• Could you let clients know about all company projects/offers and escalate all concerns raised by clients?
• Work closely with managers and sales administration.
• Attend events organized by the company (mall stands, exhibitions, open house)
• Update the CRM and ensure all changes are applied on time.
The preferred requirements for the following role:
• Good knowledge of the Dubai Property Market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Well Presentable.
• Strong Interpersonal.
• The wage for these positions is a salary range of 6000 - 8000 depending on the experience, track record, and commission basis.
