Looking for Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Rent a Car Experience.
• Coordinating with customer and arranging the replacement of similar category vehicles through the driver, also ensuring to attend all service booking on agreed time.
• Opening and closing of all transactions of vehicles which are collected for repair /service/accident.and transferring to workshop and other agency based on job requirement.
• Attending breakdown by providing equivalent vehicle as per the standard procedure period in Dubai and other emirates based on distance.
• Coordinating with workshop for customer original vehicles and updating on timely basis.
• Ensuring to return all original vehicle to customer once ready from workshop.
• Ensuring to maintain high quality replacement vehicle as perstandard.
• Making sure to assign jobs to team members regularly to ensure high productivity.
• Analyzing points based on distance/location and approving drivers OT
• Make sure fleet reconciliation is done on daily basis and clear the variance if any same day.
• Well Verse with Excel, PPT and other Microsoft office software.
• Can join immediatley is an advantage.
