Our company is looking for an Admin & Accounts Assistant (with Experience in Accounts Preferred) to join our Team.
Responsible for day-to-day task management, preparing & and analyzing reports, plays a crucial role in coordinating office operations, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 – 3 years minimum of experience in a similar field.
• Eligible candidates should be available in Qatar with transferable QID.
• Proven experience as an Admin/Accounts Coordinator.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Well-exposure in coordination, documentation, tracking.
• Proactive approach and positive attitude at work.
• Excellent in organizing work on a priority basis.
• Time management skills.
