Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to
• Join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
• record in telesales, with a strong background in the insurance, banking, or
• Recruiting domains. This role demands excellent communication skills, a
• Customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outound telesales calls to potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support by promoting our products/services.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build sustainable relationships with clients.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
• Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ products.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the telesales process and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive within the insurance, banking, or recruiting domains.
• Fluent in English and Nepali, with excellent verbal and written communication skill Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
