Junior Logistics Officer

We are looking for Junior Logistics Officer
As a Junior Logistics Officer, you will be
• Responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods and materials.
• You will work closely with our production team, suppliers, and customers to
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.
• Prior Experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Excellent familiarity with ERP logistics database.
• Documentation of Local & Export Shipping depends on LC Condition, Customer Requirement & Country Policies.
• Preparation of Tax Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Delivery Order & Packing list of the ready Materials & Coordinating with the Marketing Dept. as well as Customer Regarding the Delivery date of the Material.
• Handling (L/C) Letter of credit transactions for export including full shipment.
• Applying Certificate of Origin through Dubai Chamber for Exports Shipments.
• Plan and coordinate the logistics operations of the company including shipping, transportation, and warehousing.
• Monitor and track the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Negotiate with various freight forwarders to secure the best rates and services for the company.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory and shipments, and generate reports as needed.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled according to schedule.
• Schedule carriers, compute load weight and cubic footage requirements to determine cost effectiveness
• Execute all the organization requirements for shipping and logistics in accordance with local and international regulations based on INCO-TERMS.
• Verifying Bill of Lading, Fumigation Certificate, Declaration Certificate as per customer condition as well as LC Condition
• Applying for Export Insurance at the time of Dispatch of Materials
