Hiring Junior Office Administrator
Company Overview:
A rapidly growing company specialized in ropeway construction and maintenance. With a solid presence in Europe and recent expansion into the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sorting and storing documentation.
• Managing external correspondence with clients and suppliers.
• Overseeing internal communication with the finance department, accounting, and company management.
• Coordinating ticket purchases, hotel reservations, and office equipment procurement.
• Preparation of documents and reports in accordance with corporate guidelines, along with ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of corporate documentation.
Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar position: from one year.
• Experienced Excel user with knowledge of basic functions and formulas.
• Experienced user of Google, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT.
• Languages: English, Russian (preferred).
• Familiarity with project management programs (such as Monday com or similar) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting basics will be an advantage.
