We’re seeking an experienced Store Manager who is based in UAE.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail establishment, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and driving overall store performance.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Train staff in effective customer service techniques
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed
• Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement
• Execute promotional activities and events to drive sales
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reorder merchandise
• Monitor and manage the store budget, expenses, and profitability
• Prepare and analyse financial reports.
• Ensure merchandise is priced accurately and promotions are effectively communicated
• Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store look
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sound understanding of retail management principles.
• Ability to analyse sales and financial data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Minimum three years experience in UAE.
• UAE valid driving license and car.
