We are urgently hiring a sales & service coordinator for newmatic intl fzco In DUBAI
We, Newmatic International FZCO a Trading Company established in 1993 deal with the high-level Trading of Commercial Laundry & Washing Equipment, and we are one of the Leading world-class Laundry Equipment suppliers & Laundry Solutions providers in the Middle East. We are a group of companies with 4 divisions & branches in UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Position title: Sales & Service Coordinator
No of Vacancies – 3 No’s
Work Location: Jabel Ali Freezone – Dubai
Salary Range: AED. 2500 to 4500
Ready to join with 1-month maximum time. (Candidate must be available in UAE)
Job Profile:-
• Collaborate with management to execute maintenance plans efficiently.
• Support the Sales/Service team by scheduling plans and arranging spare parts/materials.
• Support technicians and maintain maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and complete the maintenance on the assigned time gap.
• Manage and coordinate urgent communications and customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of materials.
• Streamline interdepartmental processes.
• Maintain sales records and material data for further reference.
• Enhance product appeal to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing maintenance plans and managing payment schedules.
• Oversee inventory and facility management.
• Ensure completion of miscellaneous maintenance and sales duties as assigned.
