Hiring Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Engage potential or existing customers to inform them about the projects.
• Address inquiries related to the projects or the company.
• Skillfully inquire about and comprehend customer needs and requirements.
• Meet set targets for both daily and monthly call volumes.
• Attain set targets for daily and monthly generated meetings.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information within the company’s database.
• Process orders efficiently and with precision.
• Maintain comprehensive records of calls, sales, and other pertinent customer information.
• The successful candidate will play an integral part in the sales strategy, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of proven experience in Telesales, preferably within the Real Estate- Developers sector in Dubai.
• The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Telesales, particularly within the Developers sector in Dubai, showcasing a history of successful sales generation.
• Exceptional customer service and telephone skills are vital in effectively engaging with clients and nurturing relationships.
• The ability to communicate fluently in English is mandatory for this role, while proficiency in other languages would be advantageous.
