Hiring Project Engineer
Experience - Minimum 8 - 9 yrs. experience in ID Fit outs / Joinery site execution
MUST - Experience in Interior Fit-outs industry and should have experience in Hotel Refurb, Fit-out for F&B;& Commercial building Fit-outs
Job Description:
• To visit the assigned projects regularly and monitor the work progress
• To ensure that the project work completion program is strictly implemented
• To meet consultants/contractors and discuss the site progress
• Report to the Project Manager about the site progress, sub-contractor status and Manpower schedule daily basis.
• To prepare progress report of the assigned site and submit to the management on daily basis
• To discuss the shop drawings with the consultants and contractors, take approvals and ensure that the works are done at the site strictly as per the approved drawings
• To monitor the performance of the team working at assigned sites
• To ensure that the materials at site are stored properly protecting them from possible damages
• To ensure that the remaining materials at site are sent back to the company store
• To ensure timely submission of progress invoices / payment certificate / collection.
