Hiring Business Development Executive – Domestic Worker Services
Industry: Domestic Worker Services /Cleaning Services/housekeeping/Janitorial Services
Location - Dubai, UAE.
Salary - AED up to 6K + Incentives (Based on experience)
Looking for - 1+ years of proven work experience in Cleaning Services/domestic worker services in the UAE with valid UAE license.
Responsibilities:
• Identify new opportunities and target segments to expand our customer base within the Dubai/UAE market.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Expands company’s customer base and ensure strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Devising and implementing the company’s sales strategy based on the client’s needs.
• Map potential customers and generate new leads for the organization.
• Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the company.
• Implement and maintain an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
• Ensure all sales enquiries are being attended/responded on daily basis.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of proven work experience in Cleaning Services/domestic worker services in the UAE
• Strong negotiation skills
• Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics, schools, pharmacies, and hotels in Dubai/UAE to drive referrals and promote our home healthcare services.
• Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
• Possess professional presentation skills.
