A prominent client of ours, a leading supplier of automotive parts and accessories in the UAE,
Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
Experience:
• Experience from automobile industry
• Min of 2-year experience in same field
• UAE experience is an added advantage
• Arabic speaking is a must
Qualification:
Graduate in any field
Knowledge & Skills:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Sending Quotation
• Preparing Daily Sales Report
• Making receipt vouchers
• Preparing Monthly Report
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Others:
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
