Responsibilities:
• Deep understanding of Food and Beverages /QSR operations, including an understanding of IT systems in QSR, kitchen management, inventory
• Control, supply chain management, and customer service.
• Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives and driving measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ F&B;/QSR operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement innovative process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform recommendations and strategies.
