Hiring Joinery Estimation/Draughtsman Engineer
• Experience: 4 – 6 years
• All-inclusive Offer: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000
• Develop shop drawings base on BOQ and 3D Images for furniture, wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details and drawings and specifications as instructed by Design Coordinator.
• Designing for 2D 3D Plans-Shop drawing detailed shop drawing for mainly joinery interior fit out.
• 3D rendering View By 3ds max and vary.
• Getting site measurements from sites, Site Inspection & Site Supervisor.
• Work directly with sales staff to produce drawings and bills of material from sketches, existing drawings, and images, along with verbal and written description.
• Drafting as per standard specification, BOQ making, Quotation & Designing.
• Coordinate with project engineers to ensure and run the smooth flow of production.
• Knowledge of MDF, Particle board, Solid wood, pre-laminated and panel-based furniture and veneer.
• Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions.
• Good negotiation skill in purchasing material and subcontracting.
