Business Development Manager

We are hiring an energetic Business Development Manager to join our team.

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development within the UAE market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated self-starter.
Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the UAE market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and implement strategic business development plans.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
