Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable)

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to user queries and issues via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, from simple password resets to complex network connectivity problems.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software.
• Maintain records of issues, IT inventory, and documentation.
• Recognize and escalate problems when necessary.
• Educate users on IT resources and software applications.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Desk Engineer.
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common software applications.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Friendly and patient demeanor.
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, MCP, or ITIL V4 Foundation.
