Position: QS / Estimator
Experience Level: Junior (1-2 years) and Intermediate (3-6 years) In UAE fit out industry
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates and pricing trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures throughout the construction phase.
• Negotiate with suppliers for pricing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Planswift.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office).
