The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, a passion for confectionery, and a proven track record in customer relationship management.

Experience: 2 + years
Location: Dubai
Language: English & Arabic is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Leverage existing relationships with customers in the community to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience in the chocolate or confectionery industry.
• Maintain a high standard of merchandising, creating visually appealing displays, trays, baskets, and customized gifts.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and contributing to store goals.
