• 10-15 Years of Experience in Cost Estimation & Project Cost Control for the Building Construction Business.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• High-level mathematical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
