Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in media agencies, outdoor advertising, and production.
• Proven success in driving sales and meeting revenue targets in a competitive market.
• Strong network and connections within media agencies and the advertising industry.
• Deep understanding of outdoor advertising formats, media services, and production processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
Preferred:
• Prior experience working in a media agency, with a strong understanding of agency dynamics and client expectations.
• Experience working in the UAE market.
• Knowledge of outdoor advertising mediums such as lampposts, billboards, and large-format displays.
