Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, specifically with luxury brands.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with luxury brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock management.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.
