About the Role:
Scilens Media, a dynamic Media Production and Digital Marketing company based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Videographer & Editor with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, expertise in video production, and the ability to craft compelling content for real estate and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Film high-quality property videos, agent interviews, and lifestyle content.
• Edit and produce engaging videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Train and guide real estate brokers on effective mobile videography techniques for social media.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance content strategy and brand storytelling.
• Organize and maintain a well-structured media library for efficient workflow.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver high-impact visual content in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong creative vision, with an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Ability to work with both professional cameras and smartphone footage.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement feedback effectively.
• A strong portfolio or sample work (professional, personal, or academic projects).
