We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily logistics, manage rider fleets, improve delivery performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily operations & rider performance
• Manage client relationships with food delivery partners
• Optimize logistics processes and drive KPIs
• Lead a high-performing support team
You Bring:
• 2+ years in operations/logistics (food delivery preferred)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Hands-on, analytical mindset
• UAE market knowledge is a plus
