Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Consultant to join The Car Superstore team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing expert guidance on vehicle options.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable models, including cash or financing options.
• Conduct test drives, explaining vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and payment terms professionally.
• Stay updated on inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales; UAE experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Basic computer skills.
