الوصف الوظيفي
An Applicant with minimum of 5 years experience in Warehousing (Retail store large format ) with thorough knowledge of warehousing operations Managing warehouse about 6000 square feet from initial storage to retail outlet dispatches, and managing both people and the overall process.
Functions includes following Overseeing the receipt and storage of incoming items. Processing orders and planning the dispatching of products.
Monitoring space and tracking stock levels. Setting aside storage areas for new stock.
Ensuring security arrangements are in place, Scheduling equipment maintenance and replacing when required.
Ensuring products are stocked correctly and safely in compliance with safety regulations, Follow FIFO method and streamline overall delivery system to various Stores without affecting day to day operation of retail branches.
Delegation to staff for various jobs in the warehouse.
Plan, develop, organize, manage and evaluate the operations.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system to ensure that quality objectives and delivery deadline are met.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing storage of inventory.
Develop warehouse operations policies and procedures and communicate this information to warehouse staff.
Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the warehouse operations department
Plan, organize and direct warehousing related administrative services
Train, manage and appraise the performance of warehouse subordinates
Prepare or direct preparation of correspondence, reports, statistics related to the warehouse operations area of responsibility, and operations, maintenance and safety manuals.
