To Manage the Hard and Soft Service
Providers/contractors such as the Facility Management, Security, Housekeeping
and others with review performance of contract service providers in terms of
services, cost and schedule time of services to maintain the standard services.

Set up the Process & Procedures to
facilitate the shopping mall operations sectors to run smoothly with improving
the process and problem solving and proper tracking of the preventive
maintenance, cleaning, customer service, and amenities.

Contribute and Assisting Retail Design and
leasing dept in handover process and takeover for tenancy agreement and fit-out
works.

Establishing standards for staff parking, waste management, traffic management and delivery schedules. 

Assisting the H&S;Dept for managing the fire
and life safety plan which includes emergency evacuation plan for the complex;
periodic emergency drills; coordination with tenants and external government
services such as fire, police and medics.
