The purpose of the job:
To support the business units with all types of required sales and marketing reports/ analysis. Moreover market visits to ensure high quality of execution.
• Prepare all status reports - daily/weekly/monthly/yearly sales reports, and advise BUM on market trends (Brand value) and Market changes.
• Full responsibility of analyzing EPOS Data and provides reports on agreed date and time. (Only applicable to Traditional Trade Business Unit).
• Conduct Route and Manpower analysis
• Make the required sales data analysis (customers, categories, etc.)
• Coordinate with the sales team on promo allocation, promo displays, POSMs, etc.
• Produce reports and presentation for the management on ADHOC basis and whenever required
• Monthly market visits to check the visibility compliance, Out of stock situations, merchandising, promo execution, correct display implementation – and recommend action plans to improve visibility.
• Prepare the sales monthly commission and Area Sales Manager - quarterly incentive
• Updating various sales/promotional/marketing reports on a monthly/daily basis.
• Prepare the monthly telephone cards in coordination with Area Sales Managers and accounts
• Keep an updated status of the free gondolas usage as per the BDAs.
• Inform the immediate superior regarding any competitor activities whenever observed (oversee competitors activity in the market).
• Prepare the monthly sales target report and share it with the BUM in charge
• Facilitate and support any marketing activities like in-store activity, special display as required in the outlets.
• Work on SOP (when required)
• Support the Business Unit Manager on the sales budget - manpower, capex, etc.)
• Support when required the BDA preparation
• Asset tracking.
• Update the daily sales figures and target achievements
• Prepare various presentations in Excel and PowerPoint as required by the Business Unit Manager.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience of sales and or sales analysis
• Highly Skilled IT-users (MS-office)
• Experienced with sales and marketing analysis
• Very strong analytical skills
• Very strong numerical skills
• Ability to draw conclusions and recommend actions
• Leveraging insights
