Legal Representative

الوصف الوظيفي
Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting
deadlines; documenting actions
Following up with tenants in case of non-payment of rents against their flats.
Responsible for registering complaints against tenants in required legislative such as RERA,
Dubai Municipality.
Responsible for filing legal cases against defaulter clients and follow up proceedings and
attending legal cases at Police departments.
The candidate should have experience in real estate sector (preferred not mandatory) and
should have the ability to understand contracts, tender documents and should have good
experience in dealing with government authorities.
Ensure all filing is accurate and kept up-to-date
To represent themselves in all Legal cases on behalf of the company.
Strong experience in preparing, translating and reviewing relevant documentation, including
where necessary contracts, agreements and letters for circulation
Good understanding of the law and basic compliance requirements, i.e. due diligence
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to pay attention to detail when preparing and reviewing
documents
Ability to review and amend various contracts and prepare written communications (letters,
reports)
The ability to work under pressure and also an appetite and willingness to learn whilst on the
job
Requirements

Arabic speaker
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
Excellent written, communication skills and interpersonal skills
Work Location: Sharjah
Driving License preferred
