与操作，海外代理确认操作成本，给客户报价
Check the costing with Operation & Overseas Agent and offer the quotation to Client.
客户日常维护和跟踪，了解项目信息和询价
Customer daily maintenance and follow up the project info and coming inquiries.
熟悉了解项目招标文件要求，按要求准备投标文件和价格，参与客户项目投标
Familiar Project Bidding docs requirements and prepare the quotation to attend the bidding.
能合理控制操作成本，具备利润分析能力，在费用核算，报价，操作过程中实现利润最大化。
Control the operation cost, has ability to analyze profit, make the profit maximum in costing, quotation, operation.
在操作过程中，与本地操作，海外代理，海外分公司同事联系沟通，给客户更新货物动态直至货物送至目的地，收回货物签收单。
Communicate Local Operation, Overseas Agent, Overseas Branch Colleagues and keep client’s updates until cargo reach the final destination and collect the POD.
能协调解决在操作中发生的问题，提出解决方案，具备一定的耐心，说服力和良好沟通能力。
Coordinate and solve the problems happened in operation and suggest the solution, has the strong patience, persuasion & communication with clients.
能及时向经理汇报处理不了的问题，汇总总结工作中发生的问题，并寻求支持及时解决。
Report to Management for tough problems, summarize the problems in work, and find support and solve it on time without pending and delay.
有较强的业务知识学习能力，海外工作生活的适应能力，与不同国家文化外籍同事相处的能力。
Good learning capacity of professional knowledge, adaptability to work & live overseas, capacity of connect to foreign colleagues from different country & culture.
المهارات
大学专科及以上学历
Colleague education
三年以上货运代理工作经验
Over 3 year working experiences in Freight Forwarding is preferred
具有项目物流经验为佳
Related project logistic experience is preferred
工作细致，责任感强；能承受足够的工作压力
Good quality and strong responsibility; able to work under pressure
良好的英文读写能力，能流利理解和回复英文邮件
Good English ability in reading & writing, able to read and reply fluently.
与客户，外国同事，海外代理有良好的沟通能力，能够独立解决问题
Good communication skills with Clients & Foreign Colleagues & Agents, and independent problem-solving capability
较强的分析、判断和执行能力
Good analytical skills and executive ability
熟悉计算机操作，良好的应用Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, etc.
Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft office includes Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT etc…
有国内三年以上驾照
China Driving License more than 3 years.
