• Supervises directly the Operations Engineer.
• Ensures contracted service level agreement (SLA) is met.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the key performance indicators (KPI).
• Ensures that service delivery is supported by the appropriate levels of resources and
technical expertise, including Project Management, Human Resources, Health & Safety,
Environmental, Training, Energy and IT.
• A report on a monthly basis to Sharjah International Airport Management contains the
contract performance, bringing innovation, Airport building solutions to achieve the
passengers’ satisfaction.
• Responsible for the delivery of Monthly and Annual Report.
• Assists and support the whole company operations, communications, to ensure
cohesiveness between operating departments, and implement the guidelines of quality
standards, operating objectives, and established goals of the Company.
• Ensuring on a day-to-day basis, that SP policy and philosophy are practiced in
accordance with Company’s standards.
• Act on behalf of the company as delegated and maintains effective customer care.
• Establishes the necessary documentary structure for the implementation of contracts.

• Ability to review and analyze all disciplines of plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Requires strong written and oral communications skills in English.
• Ability to coordinate and establish working relationships with other airport departments
