الوصف الوظيفي Coordinate internally and externally provided services into seamless delivery of services Act as an escalation point between the client and technical delivery to resolve issues Proactively raise issues of non-compliance Align closely with Senior Global Support Team member(s) and have oversight and influence over the on-boarding of projects into a Mentis environment to ensure sustainable, supportable service integration Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Service Improvement: Refine service delivery processes where appropriate to contribute to improved business outcomes Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships by working with the business development team Participate in Post Incident and Implementation reviews to ensure that the customer perspective is included, and service improvements are clearly identified and owned Collaborations with Global Support Team: Manage data entry on the company CRM and ticketing system (Salesforce). Coordinate training events, marketing activities, webinars and travel arrangements for company employees. Assist consultants / management with creating proposals using MS PowerPoint and Word.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in project/service delivery and project coordination, ideally with relevant experience in leading HR projects delivery. Proven project management experience will be an advantage. Proven previous experience as key account manager or client relations or client delivery manager Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Excellent English communication skills, writing and speaking. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Experience managing a team and providing solutions based on customer needs Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal ambiguities during project delivery Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and project management software تفاصيل الوظيفة |
