1. Analyzing the dynamics of sales in the defined territories, increasing sales efficiency in the area of responsibility in accordance with the planned targets and standards of the organization.
2. Implementation of monthly planning for shipments and payments broken down by a sales representative per client.
3. Setting targets for sales representatives and ensuring the delivery of results, in term of:
- shipment volumes
- payment collections
- development of active customers database
- identifying priority and problematic product groups & individual categories
- benchmarks on credit receivables
- development of individual distribution channels.
4. Managing the sales representatives’ activities to fulfill the tasks, sales targets and high-quality customer service.
5. Organization of active search for potential customers. Define and implement a strategy for the development of potential customers.
6. Control and adjustment of daily plans for visiting customers and travel routes.
7. Monitoring of the following fields:
- the implementation of sales plans
- achieving the assigned department tasks in terms of targets and timeline
- dynamic reduction of credit receivables and overdue receivables in the department
- compliance with standards, regulations & guidelines
- the implementation of the sales department plan and individual plans of sales representatives.
- signing contractual agreements with customers.
8. Field visits on a regular basis to determine the status of each sector, to identify the efficiency of the organization and to perform the monitoring of: the company representation, the value proposition for the client, the training of sales representatives in sales techniques and skills for an efficient planning of working hours and to identify the steps of a visit at each outlet.
9. Management of timely execution of business agreements with customers, ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations for the sale of products.
10. Participation in the formulating commercial terms for customers according to Company’s approved discount system.

3. Experience in successful negotiations at various levels.
4. Experienced user of 1C Software sales version & Microsoft Office.
5. Business communication ethics.
6. Knowledge of profile, specialization, structural features of the Company and the Branch in the field of sales.
7. Principles and methods of personnel management.
8. The procedure for concluding and executing business and financial agreements.
9. The basics of accounting.
10. Knowledge of the product range and sales channels.
