الوصف الوظيفي
1. Organization and control of technical processes to ensure a smooth operation of all warehouse areas.
2. Ensuring the compliance with the employment disciplines by warehouse employees.
3. Monitoring the compliance of the warehouse employees with the work safety requirements and the compliance with the fire life safety codes.
4. Development and implementation of processes to safeguard inventory items.
5. Organizing the storage of stock inventory items by optimizing the use of warehouse areas.
6. Organization and control of periodic maintenance and the diagnostics of warehouse equipment and machinery.
7. Development of internal company documents identifying the procedures of warehouse employees’ tasks and interaction with the related departments of the Company branch.
8. Participation in the selection of candidates for filling vacant warehouse positions.
9. Monitoring the availability of necessary resources to carry out the tasks timely.
10. Maintaining statistical and analytical reporting on the results of the warehouse activities.
11. Planning the process and organization of the inventory checking.
12. Providing data for warehouse employees wage calculation.
المهارات
1. UAE regulations Knowledge for the Racking system operation requirements.
2. UAE Regulation Knowledge of warehouse machinery loading/unloading operation requirements.
3. Knowledge of warehouses work safety guidelines and fire safety standards.
4. Knowledge of the UAE Labor law requirement for warehouse employees.
5. Skilled in the optimal storage management, accounting and processing of inventory items.
6. experienced in motivational schemes for warehouse personnel management.
7. Skills in analyzing analytical and statistical reporting.
8. experienced user of MS Office package, 1C Software
