الوصف الوظيفي Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors of the flawless execution of the project. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget and as per specifications. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Manage contractual and formal communication with consultant/Project Manager/client and Sub-Contractors/ Suppliers. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Manage a Construction site from agreeing on the Site Objectives such as receiving LOI/ till handing over to client/ end-user. Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects of a project from the beginning stages through to completion. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Manage project cost control process and Recommend and advise manners in reducing Project Cost. Report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Knowledge of FIDIC. Manage the Value Engineering process through Workshops. WORK INTERACTIONS: The project manager needs to be sure they consider their network of people in other critical functions part of their extended project team, working together to help make the project succeed. Equally, people in these other functions need to recognize their role as a member of this extended project team. - Clients

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR ROLE: Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills & analytical skills.
