الوصف الوظيفي Have the ability to review all commercial and legal contracts to ensure the best interests of the company are a priority. Negotiate, analyze, prepare and revise all commercial contracts for the group companies. Provide responses to bids, proposals, and contract negotiations. Prepare requests for proposals for distribution to vendors. Develop a set of standard contracts for the company. Analyze all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures. Ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines. Audit existing contracts modifications. Analyze a contract’s risk to the business and present findings to the requestor. Ensure that business goals are accomplished by contract implementation. Maintain a computer database for the company’s contract management system. Conduct analysis of new laws, regulations and contract trends to determine the potential impact on the business/ businesses of the Group. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenue. Ensure that contracts are in line with corporate goals and objectives. Lead complex contract negotiations and manage all changes in and addendums to existing contracts. Prepare reports on the status of contracts for management. Conduct special projects as assigned. INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS: Legal QUALIFICATIONS: Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)designation through the National Contract Management Association. Experience in contract preparation and management. Ideally, MCIPS Qualified. EXPERIENCE: Possess a working knowledge of company policies and procedures. المهارات Experience of working in a pressured environment and ensuring the delivery of projects to timescales. Ability to assess commercial liability and risk and make recommendations as to the appropriate course of action. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
