الوصف الوظيفي
· Setting up marketing strategy.
· Responsible for art direction and graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion and delivery.
· Work closely and collaboratively with the purchase team on all promotions. Personally work on graphic development. Follow the company’s brand identity standards and guidelines.
· Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
· Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
· Arrange to distribute the magazines and promotion leaflets to all branches and ensure its delivered on time.
· Instruct/coordinate to remove the leaflets or flyers from the stores once the promotion is over.
· Work with Operations Manager, Sales team to incorporate their store specific merchandise recommendations into the store design.
· Ensure store plans are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
· Concept, develop and execute a wide variety of on-site events, campaigns, digital ads, marketing and PR initiatives, mobile, social and email designs.
· Follow and maintain brand identity characteristics, typography, photography, color code etc., evolving when necessary.
· Present designs in a clear and concise manner.
· Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
· Setting up customer surveys and analyze the results.
· Responsible for loyalty program.
· Update the management about the latest retail market marketing tools
