1.Achieve sales targets set by the Stakeholders
2.Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry of Landscaping and plants farming; researching and analysing sales options.
3.Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers in a helpful and friendly manner with their purchases
4.Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn those prospects into customers
5.Identify and evaluate customer needs and build trust-based relationships with existing and new customers
6.Build and present compelling and customer-centric proposals
7.Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
8.Follow up and ensure deliveries are made in line with customer expectations
9.Conduct post sale customer feedback surveys
Qualifications and Experience
10.Knowledge of landscaping products preferred
11.Strong contacts with landscape architects, developers, consultants, hotel and government entities in UAE
12.Proven track record for setting budgets and achieving margins
13.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
14.UAE driver’s license mandatory
15.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent
16.Minimum 3 years related sales / business development experience within the UAE in areas related to landscaping
