• Support the management in developing standards and processes in line with strategic objectives of company
• Support the company in identifying best practices
• Ensure business growth by optimizing the operations, process,structure
• Follow up of defined action plans in line with defined timeline with support of HOD’s and alter if needed
• Reporting progress and bottlenecks of the different departments on regular basis to management team
• Create standard templates and process workflows that will ease the workload
• Prepare dashboards and KPI for better analysis and monitoring
