الوصف الوظيفي
An experience Design & Drawing Incharge, to supervise and lead the Drafting team by overseeing the design of different aspects of the project from inception to completion.

Plan, allocate and review work programs.
Establish man-hour estimates, schedules and priorities.
Approve completed drawings.
Prepare layouts and designs related to the most complicated elements of projects.
Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines.
Prepare and approve department procedures, specifications and standards.
Ensure all drawings and materials are in accordance with client specifications and standards.
Make general recommendations on the utilization of new drafting/design techniques, normally within an area of specialization.
Analyze design elements for potential trends, technical feasibility, client or contractual requirements
Establish scope of work for each project by scheduling and expediting department work.
Manage CAD document archive and retrieval for projects.
Ensure the design and drafting team are completing high quality work within the required time and budget constraints.
Provide technical guidance to department staff.
Provide leadership in the selection, appraisal and training of department staff.
Provide leadership, mentorship and coaching to department staff
المهارات
• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 20 years of experience in related field
• Computer literate in Microsoft Packages
• Indepth knowledge of AutoCAD Software.
