Sales Assistant Arabic Speaker Vacancy in Dubai
• Attend customers and prospects enquiries
• Be helpful and answer their request on the same day: samples, stock information, product information, claims, RFQ, Proforma Invoices.
• Update Minos and CRM customers’ file: contact details, special comments, payment terms…
• Promote the specific offers such as promotions or sell out.
• Follow-up of customers’ offers and orders.
• Solve all customers’ requests that don’t request Area Sales Manager (ASM) intervention.
• Manage and optimize the customer’s orders and orders cadencing.
• Analyze and input in Minos the orders
• Process the orders as per the company guidelines and rules.
• Input and send instruction to Logistic for cross-trade orders.
• Apply the specific offers such as promotions or sell out.
• Communicate the order acknowledgment and collect back the purchase order or explicit customer acknowledgement.
• Inform the customers about their orders status: ETD and delivery date.
• Prepare and send the set of shipping documents.
• Coordinate logistic and custom clearance services according to the delivery terms.
• Check and file the customer acknowledgments, invoices and sets of documents.
• Contribute actively to increase the TO
• Apply, promote and boost the specific offers via calling and emailing the customers and prospects.
• Suggest substitution products when products are not available.
• Suggest complementary products in order to fulfil containers, sell full cartons, etc.
• Elaborate the quotations in collaboration with the sales representatives.
• Team Playing
• Constant communication and exchange of information with the ASM, Finance dept. And Manager: incoming orders, requests, leads, market information, tenders, customer issues…
• Treat ASM activities required in the CRM: very urgent on the same day, urgent the next day, normal within three days.
• Support the Finance team in Receivables collection and reduction of overdues.

• Experience in Industrial Products sales.
