Experience: 8 to 10years
Job Description:
• Water Supply Design (Domestic Hot & Cold Water System), Water Calculation, Location of Water Tank & Making Schematic Diagram for Hot & Cold Water System, Irrigation system.
• Pipe Sizing – Preparation, Deciding the Invert Levels & Finalizing Routing Of Pipes.
• Drainage System Design as Per The Authority Rules & Regulation, Preparation Of Schedule Of Man Hole, Holding Tank & Septic Tank Calculation.
• Firefighting, Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting Design & Drawings as per the Civil Defense Regulations.
• Preparation of Life safety drawings for various occupancies such as residential, commercial, warehouses and industrial facilities etc. as per NFPA standards and Latest UAE Fire and Life Safety Code.
• Firefighting design-pump selection, sprinkler system, Suppression systems like clean system & Deluge water spray system.
• Storm water Design Calculation & Drawings as per ADSSC Regulations.
• Preparation of tender design concept single line drawings. Familiarity with the following codes: UPC, UAE Fire code, & other Plumbing codes.
