الوصف الوظيفي Provide detailed recommendations on design requirements (based on the network strategy) and ensure PS network designs are reviewed by vendors so as to identify any potential Supervise Planning, design and implementation and optimization of mobile packet, ISP design, and content Explore new necessary components to enhance network performance and enrich customer experience and satisfaction by bringing new solutions and features. Analyze DATA traffic volume and review appropriate recommendations related to the dimensioning of the DATA network to ensure smooth operationsofthe Manage Data services team resources. Lead and negotiate strategic plans and budgets related to the DATA area. Interact with internal and external customers (Commercial, Corporate enterprise, etc.) to facilitate their requirements and needs. Manage procurement function for DATA Services Technology Follow up and verify the process of payments against projects implementation phases. Observe DATA & PS technology trends, best practices and management of technology innovation Liaise with VIVA sectors and departments to effectively respond to customer requests and any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of Contribute to the development of Technology policies, procedures and guidelines and participate in overseeing their implementation to ensure that all procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high quality and cost-effective service to internal المهارات Microsoft Office Suite (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access). CCNA Experience with any scripting tool. Fully understanding of TCP/IP protocol.
