Roaming Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
Maintain IRA administration and documentation, GSM Info-center site information and SIM Cards exchange and tracing.
Perform adjustment and usage monitoring on roaming test SIM Card on a monthly basis.
Review and advise on Roaming and Interconnection Department policies, procedures and guidelines and oversee its implementation to ensure that all procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high quality and cost-effective service to internal customers.
Review proposals and ensure contracts are secured with international operators and ensure that the roaming and interconnect network is running effectively in line with the agreed-upon ISO quality standards and provisions and departmental roadmap.
Responsible roaming establishment through L2O roaming hub in monthly basis.
Send/receive and negotiate roaming proposal from potential roaming partners.
Review roaming agreements AA.12, AA.13, roaming addendum (with assistance from Legal Department) whenever necessary and maintain AA.14 repository of roaming partners.
Generate regular and special reports for the Commercial Roaming Manager that summarize and forecast regulatory activities and financial position of Roaming and Interconnection Department activities.
Liaise with VIVA sectors and departments to effectively respond to customer requests and any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
Perform other tasks and projects delegated by the upper management.

Microsoft Office Suite (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access).
Ability to work under pressure and deliver.
Team work aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of business products and services in the mobile telecommunications space
Fluency in languages - Arabic and English
Sound knowledge of telecom sector
Good relationship management skills
