Generate and maintain a credible forecast of accounts and provide this information on a regular basis to management.
Identify opportunities for cross selling and up-selling.
Manage relationships with business partners.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations with customers and high level executives.
Marketing activities using telephone prospecting, email campaign, social-media marketing.
Use CRM tools to facilitate multiple aspects of sales cycle.
Build sales team.
Plan and help develop sales tools and literature (brouchers, presentations, case studies etc.) in alignment with company target positioning.
Key Performance Measures
Achieves and has potential to exceed personal sales targets.
Meets cold-calling targets and converts cold-calls to hits.
Demonstrates product knowledge and applies to cold-calls.
Delivers excellence in customer satisfaction whilst delivering successful and profitable projects.
1-2 meetings a day.
المهارات
Minimum 1-2 years experience in selling HRMS/ERP/business applications.
Knowledge of competing HRMS/ERP solutions will be considered an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Arabic and English.
Experience in closing sales.
Good knowledge of computers and software.
Strong computing skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
A demonstrated ability to understand customer challenges and find solutions.
Proven skills with forecasting and pipeline development within a defined territory.
Hunter mentality.
Bachelor or higher degree.
Having valid Kuwaiti driving license
