Property Management Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for Identifying new Properties (Buildings /Apartments and Offices)

- Management of the Property Maintenance (Routine & Emergency)

- Obtain pricing and data from the local market based on requirements from clients

- Responsible for check in and check out of the clients for the apartment.

- Manage records of all the apartments after tenant check in and check out.

- Manage Master database for all assets

- Negotiate Lease rental rates with Property Owners and Clients

- Coordination of Apartment contracts and providing legal notices to the property manager for new leases and termination of apartments.

- Responsible for disbursement of payments to Property Owner/Manager

- Business Development for Housing Services to potential clients (Incentives provided)

المهارات
* Basic working knowledge of Office Software (Email, MS Office, etc)

* Holder of Valid Kuwait Driving License

* Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills

* Basic Understanding of Property Management in Local Market
