Supervise Company’s accommodation to make sure employees are following the Accommodation rules and regulations
Ensure the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation, carrying out regular spot checks
Maintaining files on all apartments to include full apartment inventory
Maintenance records and loss/damage reports
Previous experience in a similar role (preferable)
Transferable Residency
At least basic Command of English Language (speaking & writing)
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
Valid driving license (car or motorcycle)
