Responsibility
Manage and execute the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems integrations (incl. POS, 3rd Party Vendors, applications, software, and websites) in addition to administering the data entry and configurations as per company requirements and processes.
Manage the design, development and implementation of new website content management system and mobile applications for company’s brands, ordering and loyalty reward program including systems integrations.
Project lead systems and platforms projects and initiatives as well as coordinate with partners and vendors for related technical and systems requirements.
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms including maintaining and updating the ERP, websites, applications and system integrations.
Monitor systems performance and conduct systems testing to analyze, identify and resolve technical problems.
Responsible for the data management and analysis and provide ongoing support in a timely manner to Company’s department dashboards and reporting requirements.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvements for software systems and integrations to meet Company’s goals and objectives
Support and coordinate Company’s Departments operational requirements for the planning and implementation of new and existing platforms and systems including supporting their formulation of updated processes.
Conduct ongoing testing, upgrading, configuring and debugging of existing systems.
Responsible for the documentation of related platforms and systems including the development and implementation of Company’s policy and procedures.
Develop systems requirements specifications for planned systems, platforms, websites and applications in line with Company’s requirements and objectives.
Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status
Store, retrieve and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

Qualification: Minimum 5 years in the same field
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and to give full attention to what other people are saying
Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
