Provide support to chefs and have duties such as maintaining supplies, handling leftovers, preparing food.
Testing new recipes, cleaning the kitchen, keeping cooking utensils organized, and plating dishes.
To assist in the general running of the kitchen in order that all food is prepared in line with company specifications and the back of house is motivated and working as an effective team.
